Sometimes, small spaces offer the greatest opportunity for thoughtful design.

A 27m² apartment redesigned into a contemporary retreat for two, overlooking the High Tatras.

The concept is built around a single multifunctional volume that defines the entire interior. It conceals the bathroom entrance while providing the apartment’s main storage — from full-height wardrobes to an open bookshelf that lightens the composition.

The sleeping area is gently screened rather than enclosed, allowing the apartment to remain open, airy and filled with daylight.

A calm palette of oak, white and deep blue completes the space, inspired by the quiet atmosphere of the surrounding mountains.
